Jalapeno Salt, Chile and Lime Grilled Street Corn (Elote-Style)

Ingredients:

4 ears of corn, husked

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

½ cup crumbled cotija cheese

1–2 tsp Chili Powder seasoning

Fresh cilantro and lime wedges
- Jalapeno sea salt (to taste)
Instructions:

Grill corn over medium-high heat, rotating until charred.

Mix mayo and sour cream. Spread over grilled corn.

Sprinkle generously with cotija, Chili powder, and jalapeno salt.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
