Durango hickory smoked salt is created when delicate Pacific Sea Salt flakes are naturally smoked with untreated hickory wood, resulting in a clean smoked flavor without turning bitter. Durango goes wonderful with, & enhances the flavor of any southern barbeque dish, including ribs, burgers, red meats or poultry. It is smoked using a slow process allowing the salt to absorb the maximum flavor. No liquid smoke or artificial flavors are added.
