Our Mole Rojo is imported from Oaxaca Mexico. It is a concentrated paste that is a perfect blend of chilies, spices, and fruit. Mole Rojo has similar base ingredients as Mole Negro; however, it has a sweeter and spicier flavor profile since it uses more chile ancho and chile guajillo, and less chocolate.

Ingredients: Guajillo chili, Canola oil, Salt, Plantain, Walnuts, Sesame seed, Garlic, Onion, Thyme, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cumin, Black pepper, Oregano, Peanuts, Almonds, Raisins, Sugar, Sodium benzoate as a preservative.
