Our Mole Negro is imported from Oaxaca Mexico. It is a concentrated paste that is a perfect blend of chilies, spices, and fruit. Mole Negro is traditionally served with chicken, pork, or turkey, but can also be used with fish, lamb, and shrimp. There are so many creative ways to use our Mole Negro in your everyday cooking.
